Thats exactly how I feel! I'm not enjoying legend of korra as much simply becasue I dont feel like my time with aang and the gang had finished. Oh well, lets hope they give us at least an episode of nothing but aang and everyone to fill us in!
one of my biggest concerns with korra is that this first season will be over after onl 12 episodes when each season of the last airbender was 20 episodes long, i mean i know korra is doing good it's reall popular i'm just hoping they aren't going to just do the one season of 12 episodes and then call it quits cause they where afraid it wouldn't do good or somethig like that. If that happens we will never know anything and what sucks is i had some of the dvd's of the seasons of the last airbender and on like every other episode you had the option to watch them with commentary with mike and brian and some animaters and such and i distinctly recall one them saying they wanted to do five seasons water earth fire air and i dunno what the other would be called but i was hoping they would do that like season four would be about zuko's mother and them all going on an adventure to find her or something but that never happened. "Shrugs*
I have a big problem with the number of episodes with Korra too, the worst thing is its nearly over and it doesn't feel like the story has been told yet.It would've been wonderful if they did do a series set for all the different bending elements. I've always been wondering why they didn't do an episode about Zuko and his mother, it was brought up in loads of different episodes. Who knows they might come to their senses and work on a series about how Aang and Zuko came about finding Republic city. Now if that did happen, I would have to name it "Avatar Day" I would be a very happy woman!
lol yea and you know one other thing has been bothering me lin referd to tenzin's family as the last airbenders which means they never did find any other survivors ... but appa was also supposed to be the last air bison 2 so.... how did tenzin get his air bison
ahahaha thats so strange I was wondering the same thing when I saw tenzin with his family. theres more than just tenzins bison too so there is no way they just happen to find alot of bison flying around. Then I thought back to all the air benders in the temple, how there was one air bison for every air bender. I thought maybe when Aangs children and grandchildren were born they reappeared. Then I realised that that completes disagrees with the laws of reality. Mammals cannot just pop out've thin air. My only guess would be that some bison survived the temple invasion flew off and when they sensed that other air benders were finally born the bisons offspring set off in search. But honestly thats a huge story I came up with just to satisfy the big hole in LOK story.
